United States Tenth Circuit

In a 42 U.S.C. section 1983 case arising from the arrest of an allegedly suicidal paraplegic woman in her home, judgment pursuant to a jury verdict against plaintiff is affirmed where the evidence admitted by means other than a challenged affidavit more than satisfied the minimum requirements of due process so as to justify the officers' actions in seizing plaintiff without a warrant.
