US v. Zepeda-Lopez, 05-4246
A conviction for conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine is affirmed where the district court did not abuse its discretion in admitting evidence that connected defendant to the conspiracy, which included audio and video tapes containing defendant's voice, as well as an agent's lay testimony linking defendant to the voice and image therein.
