US v. Triana, 06-7054
A conviction for possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine and possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime is affirmed over defendants' claims that there was insufficient evidence that she possessed the drugs or a firearm, and that the district court erred in defining "deliver" in a jury instruction.
