United States Tenth Circuit

US v. Sandoval, 04-2323

In an appeal challenging special conditions of supervised release restricting defendant's contact with children, which were included in a sentence for theft and unauthorized conversion of two government vehicles, the government's motion to enforce an appeal waiver in a plea agreement is granted and the appeal is dismissed as the plea agreement precluded defendant's claims.
