Estate of DiMarco v. Wyoming Dep't of Corr., 04-8024, 04-8067

In a suit brought by plaintiff, a hermaphrodite, challenging her administrative segregation while she was in prison and a failure to provide her with an administrative hearing on the issue, a judgment holding that defendants had violated her procedural due process rights is reversed pursuant to a finding that plaintiff does not have a liberty interest in her placement and the conditions of confinement.
