US v. Townley, 05-8066

Defendant's conviction on drug-related charges is affirmed where: 1) certain statements of government witnesses were properly admitted and presented no Confrontation Clause concern; 2) a two-level enhancement for possession of a dangerous weapon was appropriate; and 3) the criminal history score was supported by the evidence and correctly calculated.
