Snow v. Sirmons, 02-7027

Denial of habeas relief on convictions for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, assault and battery with a deadly weapon, and first degree murder is affirmed over petitioner's claims that he received ineffective assistance of trial and appellate counsel under Strickland, and that the state suppressed exculpatory and material evidence in violation of Brady.
