A judgment for defendant on plaintiff's products liability claims arising from an electrical system malfunction and a building fire is affirmed over claims that the district court: 1) abused its discretion by granting defendant-s spoliation motion; 2) erred in granting a motion for judgment as a matter of law on the failure to warn claim; 3) abused its discretion by excluding certain expert testimony; 4) erred by granting summary judgment on a manufacturing defect claim; and 5) abused its discretion by sustaining defendant-s objection to the playing of a videotaped deposition.
