United States Tenth Circuit

Sieverding v. Colorado Bar Ass'n, 06-1038

In a matter arising from the alleged violation of plaintiffs' rights with regard to zoning decisions that affected them and their former neighbors, an order imposing filing restrictions on plaintiffs is affirmed with modification where the restrictions were not carefully tailored as required by case law insofar as they enjoined plaintiffs from "commencing any pro se litigation in any court in the United States on any subject matter."
