Barkell v. Crouse, 05-8045
Denial of habeas relief from a conviction for third-degree sexual assault is affirmed in part with respect to claims of denial of due process by the Wyoming Supreme Court and ineffective assistance of counsel during trial, but reversed in part and remanded for further proceedings on a claim that his attorney was ineffective in preparing for trial.
