Kikumura v. Hood, 06-1110

Denial of an application for a writ of habeas corpus, brought by a former member of the terrorist group, the Japanese Red Army, convicted of numerous counts of interstate transportation of explosive devices and passport offenses, is affirmed where the Bureau of Prisons' method of calculating good conduct time (GCT) is not contrary to the governing statute, 18 U.S.C. section 3624(b)(1).
