US v. Pettigrew, 05-2187
A conviction and sentence for involuntary manslaughter, assault resulting in serious bodily injury, and assault by wounding is affirmed over claims that: 1) the district court erred in denying a motion to suppress a statement; 2) the district court abused its discretion in admitting photographic evidence at trial; 3) there was insufficient evidence to support the assault convictions; and 4) his sentence was unlawful.
