US Sec. & Exch. Comm'n v. Maxxon, Inc., 05-5091

A jury verdict finding defendants civilly liable for violating various securities laws and a judgment imposing various remedies are affirmed over claims that: 1) a jury should have been required to determine an end-date to Section 10(b)/Rule 10b-5 violations; 2) a finding that a draft press release constituted a violation of securities laws was erroneous; 3) findings of fact in the district court's final judgment were contrary to the jury's verdict; 4) the district court erred in accepting a supplemental report in determining remedies; and 5) the district court erred in denying defendants' motion for a new trial as untimely.
