A decision denying an application for Supplemental Security Income (SSI) benefits which claimed mental impairments as a disability is reversed and remanded for an award of benefits where: 1) the ALJ failed to consider claimant's borderline personality disorder, singly and in combination with her other impairments in his disability determination; and 2) a determination that her drug and alcohol addiction (DAA) was a contributing factor material to her disability was not supported by substantial evidence.
