Kirkland v. St. Vrain Valley Sch. Dist. No. Re-1J, 05-1020, 05-1040
Denial of qualified immunity for defendants, a school district's superintendent and individual school board members, on plaintiff's claims alleging deprivation of property and liberty interests without due process in a refusal to abide by a resignation agreement, is reversed where plaintiff failed to allege any constitutional violation. A cross-appeal of a discovery ruling is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction.
