US v. Sells, 04-5167

Denial of defendant's motion to suppress evidence seized from his residence pursuant to the execution of a search warrant, which led to a conditional plea to possession of an unregistered destructive device, is affirmed where the district court correctly severed the valid portions of the warrant at issue in the case and ordered partial suppression.
