McWilliams v. Jefferson County, 05-1081

Summary judgment for a county-employer on claims of gender and disability discrimination, breach of contract, promissory estoppel, and violation of the Family and Medical Leave Act brought by a former computer-support specialist with the county is affirmed with the exception of the state breach of contract claim, which is remanded for either clarification or dismissal.
