Convictions for mail fraud and conspiracy to commit mail fraud are affirmed over claims of error regarding: 1) denial of defendant's right to counsel; 2) insufficiency of the evidence; 3) an erroneous refusal to give a good-faith instruction to the jury; and 4) an erroneous sentence under the mandatory Sentencing Guidelines scheme.
