A conviction for possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute is affirmed over a challenge to the denial of a motion to suppress based on a claim that police lacked reasonable suspicion or probable cause to frisk defendant for weapons - and thereby discover the methamphetamine - during their entry into an apartment he was visiting.
