Jackson v. Volvo Trucks N. Am., Inc., 04-4070

Dismissal of claims against Volvo brought by an investor in Volvo truck dealerships is affirmed over challenges to: 1) Rule 12(b)(6) dismissal of a cause of action arising under the Automobile Dealers' Day in Court Act (ADDCA); and 2) summary judgment for Volvo on plaintiff's fraud, promissory estoppel, and negligent misrepresentation claims, as well as a separate promissory estoppel claim.
