United States Tenth Circuit

Antonio v. Sygma Network, Inc., 05-1374

Summary judgment for defendant-employer in plaintiff's employment retaliation and discrimination case is affirmed where the district court properly ruled that: 1) plaintiff's prima facie case of retaliation failed for lack of causation; and 2) her discrimination case failed because she was unable to characterize as pretext her employer-s reason for termination.
