An order vacating an award of attorney's fees in arbitration proceedings for defendant, a manager of a trust, involving claims by plaintiff that defendant was negligent and breached its fiduciary duty in managing the trust is reversed where the arbitrators did not exceed their powers or manifestly disregard the law in awarding attorneys' fees.
