US v. Schuler, 05-8067

A conviction and sentence for mail fraud and money laundering involving fraudulent credit card and refund offers is affirmed over claims that the district court erred in: 1) sustaining her mail fraud conviction, as a matter of law; 2) failing to strike surplusage from her indictment; 3) admitting character and summary evidence; 4) declining to give her proposed jury instructions; and that 5) cumulative error in her trial deprived her of due process.
