US v. Zhang, 05-3341

A conviction and sentence for possession with intent to distribute cocaine and ecstasy is affirmed over claims that: 1) the evidence was legally insufficient to sustain her conviction; and 2) the district court erred by failing to perform its gatekeeping function before admitting expert testimony that defendant had confessed to the crime.
