United States Tenth Circuit

US v. Yehling, 05-1416

A conviction and sentence for conspiracy to distribute and to possess with intent to distribute methamphetamine is affirmed over challenges to the sufficiency of the evidence supporting his conviction, and a claim that the district court-s delay in deciding a motion for a new trial deprived the court of jurisdiction and constituted a denial of defendant's right to a speedy trial and due process of law.
