US v. Pettigrew, 05-2187

Defendant's conviction and sentence for involuntary manslaughter and assault-related charges is affirmed over claims that: 1) the district court erred in denying a motion to suppress; 2) it abused its discretion in admitting photographic evidence at trial; 3) there was insufficient evidence to support the assault convictions; and 4) his sentence was unlawful.
