US v. Ladeaux, 05-8097

Denial of defendant's motion to suppress evidence in a prosecution for federal drug charges is reversed in part and remanded pursuant to his claim that evidence obtained during a traffic stop ought to be suppressed based on a patrolman's request to close the car's windows and open the vents.
