Weaver v. Blake, 03-1398, 03-1436

In a negligence action arising from a motor-vehicle collision between the parties, a judgment pursuant to a jury verdict finding that both drivers were equally at fault and awarding no damages is affirmed over plaintiff's claims of error regarding: 1) admission of evidence, 2) exclusion of evidence; 3) jury instruction; 4) a limitation on the length of time the jury was permitted to deliberate on a Friday evening; and 5) an acceptance of a certain verdict form from the jury.
