Summary judgment for defendant-employer, an insurer, in a reverse sex discrimination and retaliation action is affirmed where: 1) there was no abuse of discretion in the striking and disregarding of a portion of an affidavit; 2) plaintiff failed to establish a prima facie case of reverse sex discrimination; and 3) he failed to raise a genuine issue of material fact as to whether defendant's stated reasons for the termination were a pretext for retaliation.
