US v. Banks, 05-8093
A conviction for carrying a firearm during and in relation to a drug trafficking crime is affirmed over claims of insufficiency of the evidence, and a denial of motions to suppress is also affirmed where the district court did not err in denying defendant's motions to suppress evidence and his own statements.
