Graves v. Thomas, 05-7084
In a 42 U.S.C. section 1983 arising out of plaintiffs' son's death while he was pursued in a high-speed chase by police, summary judgment for all defendants is affirmed where there was no error in a conclusion that plaintiff failed to raise a material issue of fact as to whether the actions of defendants violated their son's substantive due process rights under the Fourteenth Amendment.
