A conviction and sentence for being a felon in possession of a firearm is affirmed over a Booker claim, and a claim of erroneous denial of a suppression motion where officers had reasonable grounds to believe there was an immediate need to investigate concerns for the life or safety of another and reasonably effected a search of defendant's home.
