US v. Nelson, 05-3121

A conviction for drug-trafficking and firearms offenses is affirmed over: 1) a Batson challenge; 2) a claim of error regarding admission of a post-arrest statement attributed to defendant; and 3) a claim that the district court erred by not conducting an evidentiary hearing under Franks to evaluate the validity of a search warrant for his apartment.
