In a suit brought by an association of residential treatment programs for troubled and at-risk teenagers, seeking damages and an injunction for defamation per se, and related claims, denial of plaintiff's motion for a new trial is affirmed as its claims of error were insufficient to justify a new trial, and summary judgment to a defendant on a civil conspiracy claim is affirmed as plaintiff failed to offer sufficient evidence of a conspiracy.
