Bastible v. Weyerhaeuser Co., 05-7037, 05-7038, 05-7039

Summary judgment for defendant-employer in a suit by employees terminated after a search by defendant's security personnel uncovered firearms in their vehicles parked in the employee parking lot is affirmed over constitutional challenges to a state law authorizing defendant's firearm policy and additional claims of error.
