Madrid v. Barnhart, 05-2176
Denial of claimant's application for disability insurance benefits under the Social Security Act is reversed where, under the circumstances, an administrative law judge legally erred by not requesting claimant's rheumatoid factor test results from doctors or a medical source for purposes of determining whether claimant had a rheumatological disorder.
