Guttman v. Khalsa, 03-2244

Summary judgment for defendants on a claim of violations of Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and 42 U.S.C. section 1983 in the revocation of plaintiff's medical license in a flawed state administrative proceeding is reversed in part as to the ADA claim against defendant-state and remanded for a determination as to whether sovereign immunity was abrogated as to that claim.
