Apodaca v. City of Albuquerque, 05-2008

Summary judgment for defendants, a city, its mayor, and officers, in a 42 U.S.C. section 1983 case alleging a constitutionally wrongful arrest and additional constitutional violations arising therefrom is affirmed where plaintiff failed to preserve any challenge to a ruling that an officer had probable cause to arrest her for offenses other than that which she was charged with.
