A judgment entered pursuant to a jury verdict against defendant, an insurer, in an uninsured motorist coverage dispute is affirmed over claims of error regarding: 1) finding that plaintiff was a "named insured" under the policy at issue; 2) ruling that plaintiff was entitled to stack uninsured motorist benefits; 3) denial of a motion for summary judgment; 4) jury instructions; and 5) punitive damages.
