Terra Venture, Inc. v. JDN Real Estate, 04-3492

Summary judgment for defendants on all claims arising from a contract to develop certain property is affirmed over claims of error regarding findings that: 1) defendants had no duty to develop the property; 2) they had no duty to develop the project within a specific time under the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing; and 3) there was no fiduciary relationship between the parties.
