Robinson v. Golder, 04-1323

Denial of a habeas petition challenging a conviction for burglary and assault is affirmed where state post-conviction proceedings, in combination with equitable tolling, did not sufficiently toll a one-year statute of limitations for defendant to file a habeas petition under the Antiterrorism and Effective Death Penalty Act (AEDPA).
