A conviction and sentence for being a convicted felon and armed career criminal in possession of a firearm is affirmed over claims of error regarding: 1) dismissal of a juror for cause; 2) denial of a motion to suppress evidence; and 3) his qualification as an armed career criminal under the Armed Career Criminal Act and the Act's constitutionality.
