Reed v. Mineta, 05-1057

An order granting prejudgment interest to plaintiff, air traffic controller is reversed and remanded for recalculation of the interest on the back pay portion of a damage award in a Title VII case alleging his employer, the FAA, failed to accommodate his religious beliefs and intentionally discriminated against him on the basis of his religion.
