Nautilus Ins. Co. v. 8160 S. Mem'l Drive, LLC, 05-5076

Declaratory judgment in an insurance dispute that an insurer had no duty to defend or indemnify a defendant, a party in an underlying action for negligent hiring, training, and supervision of an employee, is affirmed where the district court did not clearly abuse its discretion in granting the insurer a declaratory judgment.
