US v. Crockett, 04-4204

Defendant's conviction for conspiracy to defraud the I.R.S. and aiding and assisting in the preparation of false and fraudulent tax returns is affirmed over claims of error regarding the limitation of his cross-examinations, false testimony, improper impeachment evidence, and jury instructions. The case is remanded for resentencing pursuant to Booker.
