Dismissal of plaintiff's claims brought under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) arising out of a foreclosure action is affirmed where plaintiff failed to state a claim under the FDCPA regarding defendant-creditor's claim for attorney's fees in the foreclosure action.
