Maldonado v. City of Altus, 04-6062

Summary judgment for defendants, muncipality and officials, in a case brought by plaintiffs-employees asserting claims of discrimination as to an English-only policy is reversed as to claims under Title VII alleging disparate-treatment and disparate-impact, and intentional discrimination and equal protect claims under civil rights laws.
