US v. Morales-Chaires, 05-1190

Defendant's sentence pursuant to a plea agreement for unlawful reentry by a previously deported alien previously convicted of an aggravated felony is affirmed over his claim that the court erred in sentencing him to a longer sentence than what he would have received in a fast-track jurisdiction.
