US v. Calderon, 05-4011

Defendant's appeal is dismissed and defense attorney's motion to withdraw under Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738 (1967), is granted where defendant's claims that the Controlled Substances Act violates the commerce clause, that he received ineffective assistance of counsel, and arguments under Booker are wholly frivolous.
