Mata v. Saiz, 03-1247

Grant of summary judgment for nurses in plaintiff-inmate's section 1983 claim, alleging that she was deprived constitutionally adequate medical care when she suffered a heart attack while in prison, is affirmed except with respect to one nurse, where plaintiff produced evidence that the nurse was reckless under acceptable medical norms.
